Shannon DeJong is an actress and performance artist based in Northern California. As an actress, she has written and performed one-woman-shows in New York, San Francisco, and The Southwest and in the Women at Work festival in NYC and Solo Performance Festival in Santa Fe, NM . She is a regular featured performer at ActionFiction and Mortified! She studied at American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco, completed Meisner study at Waterfront Conservatory, and has worked with master teachers Rachael Adler, Tom Bentley-Fischer and Ruth Zapora. Shannon most recently played "The Woman" in Christopher Durang's Laughing Wild at Waterfront Playhouse in Berkeley.
